All of our products are custom-made. Orders can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, if you decide not to proceed with the order, the deposit will not be refunded due to the custom nature of the product.

If you need to make any changes or modifications to your order, please contact us within 24 hours to ensure timely adjustments.

Warranty
We provide a 1-year free warranty on all products.
This warranty excludes any damage caused by human factors or force majeure events (such as earthquakes, floods, fire, or other natural disasters).

After the warranty period, we offer lifetime maintenance at cost price.
